    A very good place to stay and just a walking distance from Cebu IT Park. Good facility, nice staff and a very clean room.

    No restaurants or convenience stores nearby, no laundry nearby. But, rooms are comfortable, staff is great and one of the few hotels where hot water is actually hot, to where it doesn't require being on the max setting and just being warm or slightly more than warm. I have stayed here multiple times.

    The hotel is walkable to IT Park but city infrastructure is very poor here. Just drink the bottle water! The hotel is nice big very promising but deteriorates quickly because of the water and air quality. The management should pay more attention to the upkeep of the hotel as it has so much to offer. The staff is very kind.
