    I've arrived around 8pm and the customer service is closed. I need to wait for the guard at the guard house for him to pass over the room key to me. After checked in, I found out that the air conditioning is not functioning. I went back to the reception and no one was there. No number to call. The guard also is missing and not at his post. Trying to find contact number online andanaged to get one. Called and after half and hour, they came and ask me to change room. End up at 11pm, I need to pack my things and move to another room. What a mess!!! Wouldn't recommend to others for the bad experience.

    Place quite ok, suitable if want have a quiet night sleep. Looks gloomy & not enough lights at night, which could make some travellers become a bit scared sometimes. Need to improve the lighting a bit to make the place much more welcoming. Overall, ok.
