Checked in with my young kids a bit late into the night after a long Safari and the checking was super fast. Our room was nicely prepared and cooled to ambient temperature, which only meant they had it ready to welcome us at any time. The reception and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and comfy. The restaurant in the resort was open 24/7 and the a la carte dishes were excellent with huge portion sizes. The breakfast had a huge variety of authentic Sri Lankan dishes (maybe because majority of guests during our stay were locals). The food was great! They had 2 huge pools and the beautiful beach to chill and have fun. And it was super close to both Bird park and Safari. Loved the stay.

I had to call twice to the hotel and confirm the booking. Room doesn’t have a intercom to call the reception, only one towel was provided, no soap only shower get was there. Had to request a bath mat for the bath room. Food was terrible. Inside the room wasn’t cleaned properly. For dinner the soup they had was a cabbage soup without salt and pepper. Salt and pepper was not on the table. Had to request and get it.

We spend two nights in Suite with Sea View BB. first of all Room is very clean but the second day they haven't clean or replaced the towels + not suppled water or tea packs. First night we try to order food to the room after two remainders in 45 mints on staff came with unprofessional menu just print in a plan paper that i never experience before since i don't have any selections we ware decided to take the buffet & that's the worst coldest food i ever had even in my life even a very low budget hotel used to save food warmly next day breakfast is same & i have seen few gust complaining to the chef. on the last day breakfast was ala cart we got it warm. they don't have intercom system in place one mobile phone we need to communicate front office via WhatsApp if you send a message you will not get a response i don't know up to what extend they will manage the front line with WhatsApp I used to book hotels via Agoda locally & oversees on there recommendation & reviews this is the first time i had the bad experience this kind.
