Good apartment let down somewhat by the above comments.

Good location. Comfortable.

Wifi code incorrect on initial information. No clear instructions for heating esp. thermostats in bathroom and kitchen. Bathroom heating panel very difficult without getting down on hands and knees. They should test their instructions on the practical things to make sure they work Couldn't connect tv to wifi. Settee and chair not comfortable.

Nice place, but stay would have been better if we had been able to cook the food we'd bought -

Central location, easy to get to and from tourist attractions, surprisingly quiet within the property. Simple, unfussy decoration.

Cooker and hob not functioning More crockery needed in kitchen and better pans Microwave situated too high to be able to see what you're doing (I'm 5ft 4in). Ceiling light not working in larger bedroom Best use not made of information folder in living room, e.g. equipment manuels could be inserted in there. Small tables needed for drinks in living room

Bright, clean central flat with great kitchen facilities

Super central and impeccably clean apartment. Beds very comfortable, good shower and well equipped kitchen. It was really nice to have the kitchen as a separate space. Living/dining room was a great size for 3-4 guests. Flat was well laid out with fast WiFi connection. Huge light windows in living space which really gives the flat a bright feel. Flats were largely quiet; lots of traffic noise in living space however bedrooms very peaceful for sleep and never felt interrupted. Although just above street level, whilst we were there we hardly ever felt overlooked and blinds helped with privacy (tops of windows not covered which added extra light). Felt really good value for money.

Issues with hot water on arrival (to their credit, owners were very helpful and offered to send someone out the following day which we declined as on day 2 it worked perfectly, was just frustrating on first evening to not be able to use. They were incredibly easy to contact and responsive so felt confident it was a one off) even when following boiler/immersion instructions. Front door of building not always locked by other tenants - obviously nothing to do with the hosts but in view of this would have appreciated an extra security chain on inside of flat door as well as the lock for reassurance.

Not a very comfortable place to stay , very cold flat

Flat was very very cold when we arrived, turned on heating but heating in toilet not working, toilet seat broken, turned on hot water but quite frequently it went off all together in bathroom and kitchen, read all instructions for cooker but could not get it to work, no container to use in microwave oven only a metal bowl.

Superb

The location was brilliant, very easy to get to. Parking in Gellatly Street is 2 minutes walk and very good prices. We parked at 5.30pm on the Friday and got the car at 9am Sunday and it was a little over £15. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk bars, restaurants and takeaways. Apartment is comfy and very nice, we highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Dundee and want to do your own thing at your own pace.
