Breakfast spread was good, staffs are very courteous, room was very spacious (Deluxe Suite) and comfortable. Gym and Spa facility is very good. Can work bit on extra curricular activities to keep guests engaged and entertained. Over all we had a good and relaxing stay.

Overall it was good. Cant flag any negative points as such. I feel they have done every bit to make our stay comfortable.

For elder and special needs kids can’t come to this place as there are too may stairs …

The location is a little far and drive was longer than we anticipated but the property ticked all boxes in terms of how it is made, and how they have conserved the natural beauty of the hill it has been built on. Fantastic place, great and helpful staff, good food; we had a toddler with us, and 5 year old, the kitchen staff catered to all requests we had vis-a-vis children's meals and ensured we never had to compromise on their diet requirement. Overall perfect place to chill with friends or family as there are multiple options to keep the kids engaged.

The property should put out a clear disclaimer that there are no lifts available, and for moving around, the guests either will have to trek up and down the hill or be dependent on the golf carts (free of cost) that operate. The problem is golf carts take a while to reach you when it is rush hour - breakfast/lunch/dinner/check-out/check-in windows. Not complaining as I got my 10,000 steps for all 3 days we were there, but it would have been good to know this in advance rather than discovering it on arrival.
