Good location, rather new building. Easy access with good instructions. Comfortable apartment with beautiful living room and kitchen. Nice view of the sea. Nearby 2 new malls, KTCC and Mayang Mall.
Rooms and toilet a little too basic. A mirror on the dressing table would be nice. The toilet lacks any place to put toiletries and the lights were too dim. The view of the sea was somewhat spoiled by the bird poos on the ledge of the windows. Owner should really clean it up.

Location, nice seaview & the homestay id
The bathroom door lock and the sprayer in the master bedroom need to be fixed. No towels provided in the bedroom next to the main entrance.

The property was clean and comfortable for a family holiday. The location is great as everywhere is a short drive or grab away. Very near to the mall which was very convenient. The owner of the property was also very attentive and responsive to our questions.
