Location was good. Close enough to airport. Nice walking path and parks within walking distance. Close to some stores and restaurants. Comfortable beds and bedding, and nice open floor plan. Massage chair was nice.

There were facility issues: a heavily leaking toilet, lamps that were unsafe and fell over when touched, hot tub was not working, and fort door latch/handle and back door lock not working properly. There were some unusual things about the house: electric window shades with centralized controls, heat and AC that were on at the same time, and no house instruction binder that we could find to explain these unique things about this house. There were some safety issues: a hole in the middle of the back patio and an unfilled shallow trench that ran the distance of the patio that posed tripping hazards.

Amazing location, and the house is beautiful. Communication was good from start to finish.

(This has already been expressed to the owners/management company...) On two nights, rain leaked through the ceiling over (and onto) my and my husband's heads in the master bedroom in the middle of the night. When I say that my expectations of value for the money were not met or satisfactory, this is the main reason. For 500+ a day, this rainy wake up call (x2) was not expected. Hopefully this was just a one off!

The property is such a breath pf fresh air. We really love the place. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in San Jose like pool, board games, kitchen stuff and most especially the massage chair.

The pool is a bit dirty under and when we first enter the house there’s a lot of insects flying around.
