The Space:
The main living area features an open-plan layout connecting the living room, dining space, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.
This property consists of two separate units for your group's exclusive use: an upper level and a lower level, each with its own private entrance. Please note the guest house on the property is a separate, occupied unit and is not included in the rental.

• For those with a vehicle, we offer 2 free dedicated parking spaces in the backyard. Additional yard and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• This house has three parts, upper level, lower level and guest house. Everything included, except the guest house (tenant stays in the guest house, it is a separate unit /w separate entry).
• Each part has its own separate entrance and all three parts are not interconnected.

The Dryer is currently Out of Service in the Downstairs Unit
Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire upper and lower levels of the home. A few closets and cabinets are locked for storage, but the rest of the space is yours to enjoy. The two units are not interconnected internally.
