The location is very good. It’s close to the pool and decently close to the beach. There is a big covered balcony with a great view; plenty of beach amenities and board games for kids. The Midnight Cove II has a perfect location and beautiful view.
The property is quite outdated, doors, locks, bathroom paint, patched walls, kitchen cabinets, everything screams “fix me”. I was surprised to be asked to strip all linens from all beds and place them in a pile along with towels. Fortunately, I was not asked to wash them. The condo was not clean, the pillows, and sheets looked used and I saw hair on my bed when I opened it.
