Crescent Arms Condominium Complex: Located directly on world famous Crescent Beach these Siesta Key beachfront condos are walking distance to South Village. Crescent Arms has one-story villas as well as two seven-story towers that are directly on the beach. Our vacation condos are located in the North and South Towers of the Crescent Arms Condo complex. Crescent Arms offers a picturesque serpentine pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in winter for your comfort. The clubhouse, restrooms and showers are close by the pool for your convenience. The towers are steps from private beach access and lounge chairs are provided – already on the beach. It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf.
BEACHFRONT: GORGEOUS NEW LISTING - This two bedroom/two bath Crescent Arms condo - Unit 404N - is located on the fourth floor, in the north tower. Positioned in the southwest corner it has a breathtaking view of the powder white sands and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Fully furnished and decorated, this condo feature a large living room, dining area and two large bedrooms. This condo sleeps up to six (king-size in Master, Full + twin-size in the second bedroom and twin-size aerobeds). The beautiful screened-in Lanai has an amazing view of the Gulf and beach below. The living room has cable HD flat-panel LCD TV, DVD and CD/Stereo. An HD flat-panel LCD TV is also included in the master bedroom.
The entire unit has been renovated with beautiful tile flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and glass tile backsplash with stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, glass top range/over, and all cooking utensils, silverware and dishes. The living room has floor-to-ceiling sliders that open out onto the screened in lanai overlooking the Gulf and beach below. The living room has a couch and love seat and opens out to the Lanai which has a cozy table and chairs. The master bath has a granite counter and large glassed in shower with modern, beautifully accented subway tile. The second bathroom has a granite countertop on vanity and a modern tiled walk-in shower.

The floors were filthy, our feet were black on the first day. The paint on the trim and door ways were worn. Bathroom countertops and sinks were dirty as well- didn’t seem like they got wiped down. Front door mat had paint foot stains. Blinds were half broken and didn’t work well.

Great beach view, walking distance to a few restaurants which is convenient. We stayed for three consecutive weeks in April. Kitchen was lacking with utensils such as no pot holders, dish drainer for sink, only 2 teaspoons and 6 tablespoons. Dishes, mugs and glass wear were fine. We had to clean some utensils, pans, inside of cabinets before use as they were dirty. Louvered doors and plants were cleaned by us due to excessive dust. Broom was nasty as well as hand broom. Vacuum pushes sand around rather than sucks it up so the broom was used daily after we cleaned it. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of linens were provided. Countertops and table surfaces were all clean as well as bureaus and bedside tables. Living, dining and patio ares were clean and comfortable. Slider to patio was difficult to open upon arrival but the host’s maintenance guy came out to fix it almost immediately after we called. He was thorough and friendly. Cabinets are showing wear and cabinet over stove had a loose hinge so door didn’t close without manipulating it. A small tool kit would be handy. We were comfortable overall and enjoyed our time there but I would look for a different unit for our next stay. Host is very responsive but they are in Texas and someone really needs to do a thorough inspection and assessment.

This unit was very clean. The instructions were clear and we had no problems. This would be a 5 star with just a few maintenance issues. Nothing major just a few adjustments.

This property is beautifully located right on the beach. Furnished nicely, bed in master bedroom very hard. We were allowed a late check out which was very convenient for our airline reservation. The main problem, it was not very clean. The rug in living room was filthy , the bottom edges in the patio doors were filthy was some black stuff. The doorcoming into the condo was all scuffed up. I think many times the owners are not aware of the cleaning that is being done. I did take pictures if interested. The hallways were also dirty. We loved the condo, but the lack of cleanliness would keep us from returning. Thank you for this follow up.
