Al Ebaa Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was very good. The housekeeping team did a great job, and the hotel management had a very positive and professional approach toward their guests. They were always supportive and did their best to help whenever needed, which I really appreciated. I think the late check-out policy could be a little more flexible when the hotel has availability. I also shared my feedback regarding the breakfast, and the management mentioned that they would take it into consideration and work on improving it. Overall, I really appreciate that the hotel management listens to their guests and takes customer feedback seriously. This is definitely a positive aspect of the hotel. Thank you to the team for their support and hospitality.

8 mins walk from the holy mosque, and very close to shops and other amenities. Good quality rooms, with a decent amount of space. Reception was able to ensure that both of our rooms were connected, however this was not confirmed until we arrived, despite making requests at least a month before. There is no reason why our rooms could not have been confirmed weeks ago. There is a cafe on the ground floor.

In one of the rooms, only 1 bath towel was provided despite repeated requests for more. Luckily we were able to use towels from our second room. Whilst there is a cafe, the service is very slow. The breakfast is too expensive for a family, so of limited use.

Just ok. Location is almost 8-10 minutes away from gate 114 in Abdullah extension.

The street doesnt have too many options for food. Also you have to climb down for restaurants. No baqala (grocery store near by). I our experience, Room service kept reducing number of towels every day. And even after requesting on reception. They didnt respond. Our Wash room didnt have sheild door for shower. The water kept coming in rest of wasroom.. The dryer wire is so small that it couldn't be plugged to use. The hotel doesnt give glass for tooth brushes and paste. Parking spots are less . They charge 115 SR per day.
