+Lokalizacja, blisko tramwaju, który dowoził do centrum Starsbourga. Cicha okolica +W mieszkaniu było czysto +Miejsce parkingowe blisko domu. +Kontakt z właścicielem, który wszystko jasno wyjaśnia, przesyła nawet filmik o tym w jaki sposób parkować, żeby było dobrze. +Mini poradnik w mieszkaniu, gdzie właściciel proponuje, gdzie jeść, co zobaczyć oraz jak dojechać +Blisko domu restauracja i piekarnie oraz supermarket Auchan
