It is comfortable and clean. Parking in the street is free. Good value for money and the owner answered all my questions. Instructions for the keys were clear and easy, I never actually met any of the staff/owner.
The couch/bed is somewhat uncomfortable but it is decent for a night or two. When the bed is deployed you need to climb over it to get from the one side of the room to the other. The location is not ideal, but functional. For the price probably hard to do better.
