Very well-kept, good location. The location was very convenient in the old city of Lanciano. The "Petit Maison" is in fact actually a small house, on 3 levels. The espresso maker was a nice touch. The AC was excellent (I was actually worried about a week anywhere in southern Europe in July; some of the fellow attendees at this seminar were in rooms that advertised they were air-conditioned, but in fact were not).

The location is a short walk into the center of the old town.
We had hoped that an iron would be available after we mentioned it during our previous stay.
