Struttura nuovissima. Pulizia e comfort. Materasso comodo per un ottimo riposo. A due minuti dall'autostrada di Lanciano. A 5 minuti d'auto da San Vito Chietino e la famosa Costa dei Trabocchi. Zona tranquilla, adatta per chi ama la quiete. Ampio parcheggio. Serve l'auto per raggiungere qualsiasi attività commerciale e/o turistica. Privacy e tranquillità al massimo. Consigliato per chi cerca un posto fuori dal caos cittadino a un prezzo modico e ama scoprire il territorio in autonomia.

Ligt op een stille donkere plek langs industrieterrein. Geen veilige plek voor de auto. Je bent er helemaal alleen en het is er doods. Het terrein zou omheind en afgesloten moeten zijn met een hekwerk met code.

Stanza pulita, presenti phon e un mini frigo.
Il condizionatore perdeva, la notte ci siamo dovuti alzare per mettere gli asciugamani per non creare pozze d'acqua. Stanza anonima, scomoda la posizione per chi volesse girare a piedi San Vito. Prezzo troppo alto rispetto alla media, considerato che non è compresa neanche la colazione. Non lo consiglierei.
