The location was very good, only a short bus ride from Chiba Station, and there was plenty of good shopping along the way (I had to get some work clothing while there, and managed to have it delivered to a nearby Uniqlo). The owner, Joe, was also very kind, and helped me greatly with my transition to living in Japan.

実家のようなお部屋で快適。広い。でも清潔感ある。布団も寝やすい。その割に料金が安い。オーナーが話しやすい。

駐車場はすぐ隣で良かった
近くにスーパー、薬局、ダイソーがあり良かった。
ファミリー向けのお部屋で広々と使えた。
暑い中、冷凍冷蔵庫、使えて助かりました。
トイレやシャワーは共用とわかっていましたが、
自分たちは、やはり個々にあるのがよいなぁと思った。これは、自分たちの今後に為になったと思う。
