No frills property. Clean and reasonable rates (except Saturdays and long weekends). The room I was assigned to has a window facing the emergency outdoor staircase that does NOT open. If fresh air is desired, request a room with an openable window. Hotel is literally around 70 steps from HND-bound limousine bus stop. The bus uses the Aqua Line to cross Tokyo Bay. Beware though, the bus no longer makes a stop at HND T3. Stops at T1 and T2 only. For those arriving on JR trains, beware the elevators on both the west and east exits of JR Soga Station are under repair from the torrential downpour that plagued Chiba Prefecture in late August 2026 (as of 2026-09-07 JST). There are no escalators between the street level and the elevated JR station.
