Excellent location
Spacious camera

The entrance is really ugly and has a bad smell
The bathroom needs some refurbishments
Windowns are fake (closed since it is a basement, looking from security perspective, it is quite dangerous since you have only one exit) and there are no courtains. To people (like me) that like darkness to sleap, it is not the best condition

Die Lage ist sensationell - direkt an der Metro-Station Akropolis. Die Kommunikation war super, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ein schönes, sauberes Apartment.
Der Zugang zum Souterrain-Apartment erfolgt über eine recht steile Treppe.
Die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist durch die Kellerlage recht hoch. Liess sich aber mit der Klima in den Griff bekommen.
Für unsere Zwecke war alles perfekt.

Très bien situé car proche du centre et des sites historiques à visiter. Proche de bons restaurants et magasin juste un peu plus haut dans la rue.
Accès en sous-sol par des escaliers difficile avec un bébé et lit bébé pas confortable car sans matelas.
Pas d’ouverture sur l’extérieur, humidité et bruits de la circulation.
