The apartment is gorgeous... full of character, and the panoramic views (looking towards the sea) are unreal! It really exceeded our expectations, particularly taking into account the very reasonable price. Accommodation in Cartagena is typically expensive compared with the rest of Colombia (I'd previously stayed in another less central part of town and paid more than this for a significantly less appealing place)...So I think it's an absolute bargain. It's also in a beautiful old university building with a serviced reception. Right in the heart of the historic centre of Cartagena, too.

The only negatives I can think of (neither of which were much of a problem for us): 1. The apartment has 1 bathroom, and it is an en-suite attached to one of the bedrooms. In other words, one guest always has to access the other guest's room whenever they want to use the toilet or shower. 2. You can hear the wind very loudly from inside the apartment, even when it doesn't seem that windy outside (not really the host's fault as it must be to do with the structure of the building?). I just saw it as white noise and generally wasn't bothered by it but it might trouble some people trying to sleep

Muy hermoso el lugar, limpio y cómodo, muy amable el personal de atención.

El parqueadero es demasiado costoso, sin embargo es individual no tiene que ver con el edificio de alojamiento. Igual, a pesar del costo es muy seguro y muy amables los trabajadores.

La ubicación

En la descripción ponía que había aparatos de aire en el salón y en las habitaciones, pero no había en el salón. Cristales tan sucios que parecían opacos. El baño estaba en una de las habitaciones y no de forma independiente.
