l'emplacement est super. Le service d'accueil à l'entrée du bâtiment est très bien. la taille de l'appartement est confortable.
la vétusté de l'appartement; L'appartement est confortable et mériterait vraiment un coup de neuf notamment au niveau de l'installation électrique de la cuisine et les prises.

El lugar es muy amplio y bonito, nos dieron toallas, había plancha, cafetera, secadora, horno de microondas, horno eléctrico, parrilla, lavadora, secadora y refrigerador. Nosotros no ocupamos mucho, pero me parece excelente que esté tan equipado. Hay aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones, en la sala cocina no hay aire acondicionado pero entra buen viento al abrir la ventana pues mira hacia el mar. Ahí hay ventilador de piso. El edificio tiene dos elevadores en recepción. La ubicación es excelente con respecto al centro de Cartagena, eso nos permitió recorrer caminando Getsemaní y el centro. El personal de recepción también es amable. Ah, y las camas me parecieron muy cómodas.
El único inconveniente que noté fue la ubicación del baño, pues está dentro de la habitación con cama matrimonial, entonces los de la segunda habitación (que tiene capacidad para 4 personas) teníamos que entrar a la habitación matrimonial para ir al baño. Nosotros fuimos en familia así que nos adaptamos.

La ubicación
En la descripción ponía que había aparatos de aire en el salón y en las habitaciones, pero no había en el salón. Cristales tan sucios que parecían opacos. El baño estaba en una de las habitaciones y no de forma independiente.
