Room 825, the aircondition is not stable. Keep turning on and off at night. Not a good quality sleep as increasing temp resulting in sweating. For light sleeper, the balcony door is not totally sound proof. I can hear the traffic growing at dawn. The view is magnifique.

Everything was absolutely great at the Connect Busan Hotel! I booked a room with an ocean view, and the scenery was incredible. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. I loved the extra touches, like having a filtered water dispenser right in the room. Plus, the coin laundromat on the second floor of the hotel was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Booked a family room for 3 nights. Booked a family room for 3 adults and it is spacious and clean. Seaport view is pleasant. Lotte Mall, Busan Tower, Jagalchi Market, Gukje Market, Bupyeong Market, BIFF square & fashion street are all within walking distance.

We stayed there for 3 nights and I will start by the cons : - We arrived around 2 pm and they were very strict about the check-in time at 3 pm. - The staff was not so friendly. - The room was not that clean (hair on the floor, inside the sheets, stains on the sheets, walls and appliances. - Following the previous point, we’ve had a big COCKROACH alive in the room…… - The room was very small. - The towels were not always nice and soft (depends on the batch/day). - The elevator was often very crowded and full with tourists groups. Took a long time to get up and down. - They have a nice rooftop, but they’re letting it go to waste. It’s a shame. - We have never slept on such thin pillows (and only one pillow/person) and the bed was quite hard. - There is only one washing machine available (the other one for out of order) and it’s really expensive (3000 wons for washing machine and 4000 wons for dryer), had to try multiple times late and early to wash or clothers… The pros : - The location is great, everything is close (shopping, food, bus stops, KTX station)… - The water view was very pleasant. - They changed the towels daily. - There is a water dispenser in the room, which is nice and convenient. - The wifi was reliable. I don’t think we’d book again, but if you’re not too picky you’ll be fine I guess.
