About this house rental
A beautiful four bedroom home with many windows in all rooms w/ views of Snodgrass, Mt Crested Butte and surrounding peaks. Wrap around outdoor deck w/ gas grill. Comfortable casual Colorado decor w/ hardwood floors and speaker system built in for Living Room, Dining Room, sitting area and kitchen.
Main floor features living room w/ wonderful floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV, dining area w/ seating for eight, separate sitting area and enclosed hot tub room (again w/ tremendous views). The modern kitchen off the dining area features a large walk-in pantry and connects to a “mud room” and first floor half bath. The mud room connects directly to the heated garage and is a great place to shed your ski clothes.
The second floor features four spacious bedrooms and a separate large laundry room: Master bedroom provides a king bed, very large walk-in closet, en-suite bath w/ large walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanity. Second Master has king bed, TV, ample closet space and en-suite bathe w/ double vanity and bathtub/shower combo. The Third bedroom has extra long twin beds, loads of closet space and en-suite bath w/ bathtub/shower combo. Bedroom Four provides two queen beds, TV, large closet and separate full bath w/ bathtub/shower combo.
Heated garage w/ 1 available parking spot and large driveway area for additional 3 vehicles.
**Please note the driveway is VERY steep and 4WD/AWD is necessary during the winter months**
House is close to ski base area—1/2 block to shuttle bus stop (for bus to base area or town of Crested Butte) or walk approx 1/2 mile to base area. *New Winter of 2023/2024- Free on-demand shuttle from the front door and drop in the CBMR base area from 7:15am-12:15am
