The breathtaking views of this North Tahoe lakefront home will both inspire and comfort you. Fabulous Tahoe Lakefront Waters Edge, 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom, large fun game room, shared pier and buoy.
What a great vacation home that you will want to return to time and time again! The breath taking views of this North Tahoe lakefront home will both inspire and comfort you. Enjoy a good book on one of the two decks, crawdad fishing off the pier, a refreshing morning swim, early morning water ski, sunset paddle board adventure - this list goes on and on. There is a game room with a pool table, ping pong table and a hockey shuffle board for some friendly family competition. On chilly evenings cozy up to a fire in the great room's granite fire place while enjoying the view of the alpenglow on the mountains of Lake Tahoe. Winters at this house is a treat - the view Lake Tahoe with the surrounding snow capped mountains will sooth your sore muscles from a long day playing in the snow. The kitchen and 3 of the 4 bathrooms are newly remodeled making this home even more inviting!

Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

The view from the living space and deck are amazing. Which makes the price ok. Otherwise, we arrived and noticed things could be maintained better. Blinds were bent, dusty. Fridge was a tad dirty.coffee maker was really gross so went out to buy one. Slider door took a LOT of work to get locked. Patio furniture had no cushions/umbrellas but after some searching we found some very dusty items in the garage and cleaned up, set out. I assume this should have been done by management? The traffic noise is terrible and really affected out sleep. Obviously Tahoe homes don’t usually have AC, but sleeping with the windows open was not feasible with the noise from the road. Left vacation feeling exhausted from terrible sleep. Our second day the water was shut off for over an hour. Unsure why. With kids that is a tough one.All to say, we had a great time, the view of the lake, access to the water was as expected. But we wouldn’t rent this home again.
