The “Am Schippstroth” vacation rental offers 85 m² of space for up to 4 people in a cozy and idyllic atmosphere—nestled in the Ammerland parkland.
From the kitchen, living room, and bedroom, you have direct access to the 50 m² rooftop terrace with views of the forest and meadows. From there, you can peacefully enjoy the sunrise, your coffee from the fully automatic coffee machine, the sound of birds chirping, or a meal together.

The vacation rental, which features a separate entrance, was newly furnished and opened in the summer of 2022. It occupies the entire upper floor of the two-family home. The staircase leads to the hallway, and from there you can access all the rooms. Since 01.11.2025, the apartment has been connected to the fiber-optic network.

•The fully equipped kitchen includes a modern fully automatic coffee machine and seating for four people.

The vacation rental is located on the outskirts of the Borbeck district (municipality of Wiefelstede), surrounded by pastures, fields, meadows, and woods. The nearby forest (Mansholter Holz) is perfect for walking or biking; after about 7 km along a forest trail, you’ll reach the Gristede Rhododendron Park.
Via the Ammerland bike routes, you can also reach many popular destinations, such as the Zwischenahner Meer, the Park der Gärten in Rostrup, the Bernsteinsee and the climbing forest in Conneforde, or the Rastede Castle Park. The city of Oldenburg is also about 10 km away.
The North Sea is about an hour’s drive away. From Neuharlingersiel or Bensersiel, you can take a ferry to visit the East Frisian islands of Spiekeroog or Langeoog.
The nearest shopping and dining options are located about 4–5 km away in the towns of Metjendorf, Wiefelstede, and Rastede.
