About this house rental
In the heart of the Ammerland district, in the municipality of Wiefelstede, lies the beautiful town of Conneforde. Spanning approximately 100 hectares, a vacation park with inviting vacation homes has been built here in a quiet location right on the swimming lake. During the season, our guests can participate in many free events (disco, shooting festival, treasure hunt, and much more) within the resort.
Travel information:
The street name “Fasanenweg” is not an official designation but a name assigned by the resort for orientation purposes. Therefore, this street name is not suitable for use with a GPS navigation system.
Coming from the A29 toward Oldenburg, take the Jaderberg/Spohle exit, then turn left and continue straight ahead. After passing the Spohle town sign, take the second right toward Conneforde and drive straight for about 3 km. You’ll then see the Bernsteinsee Vacation Park on your left. Continue driving and, after about 300 m, turn left onto Klattenhofstraße. Immediately after that, turn left again onto Dobbenweg. After about 1 km, turn left onto Seestraße. You will now see the gate to the vacation resort. You can only open this gate with an access card. Continue straight ahead to the lake, then keep to the left. Turn left onto the next road, and the third house on the left is the vacation home at Fasanenweg 37.
Vacation home, shower, toilet:
It is a “roof-only” house with an attached sunroom and carport. This idyllic vacation home features two bedrooms, each with two single beds, as well as a bathroom, a kitchen, and a separate living room.
