The house is in a wonderful community with great neighbours. It’s close to outdoor adventures for hiking, kayaking and seeing manatees. This is a big house which is great for a large family/group of friends with spaces for everyone. We were there in January and the weather was cool so we were unable to fully appreciate the pool area as it is not a heated pool. The beds for us were a little uncomfortable but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for a month. Upon arrival I found dog poop in the corner of screened lanai. Owner had called to see if we arrived and I told her. She contacted cleaning folks and they said they did not see it. We had taken photos which we sent to her. The house is very nice but lacks quite a few things. No lamps in the either sitting room. No coffee mugs and limited silverware. We purchased both items to enable us to entertain our children and grandchildren. I think the owner is gradually improving the property. The beds leave much to be desired. All need to be replaced.Our dog could not get on the grass for sand briers and stickers from another plant.We liked the area and probably would rent this house again after more improvements are made.
