The apartment has a nice terrace of 18 m2 with furniture and a sofa, and frontal views of the sea.
There is a garden area of more than 20,000 m2, with direct access to the beach, the accommodation is surrounded by bars, restaurants, ATMs and supermarkets, all less than 150 meters away. It is a quiet residential area, ideal to enjoy with the family
