About this chalet rental

This quaint Andalusian style town house is located in the wonderful complex of Pueblo de Paloma which is only 500 metres from the beach. Where you have a wide selection of fantastic bars, restaurants and shops.



The house is comfortably furnished and perfect for family holidays. The master bedroom has a double bed, lots of wardrobe space with a desk and mirror. The second bedroom comes equipped with two single beds and the living room has a sofa bed. So the house can sleep up to 6 guests. Both bedrooms are bright and sunny. There is a modern family bathroom with a bath and shower combo, as well as a smaller bathroom with a shower.



The living area is open plan with a dining / salon area. There is an open fireplace, and satellite television. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for a self catered stay and includes appliances such as a fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There's an oven and hob for preparing meals, a dishwasher and washing machine.



There are four terraces. One in the front, one small Juliette balcony off the master bedroom and the back terrace off the kitchen. Then there is also a rooftop terrace. Perfect for those al fresco dining moments. The front terrace over looks the pool area. Both front and back have exterior dining sets, so you'll never be short of places to relax with a cool drink during the warm evenings.



The townhouse comes equipped with wifi throughout and air conditioning.



You will have access to the shared communal pool, which is large and has a glass 'fence' surround which makes this ideal for families with young children. You can happily let them wander about without any worry of not been able to see them while you relax in your front terrace area. The mature communal gardens add to the sense of calm and tranquillity. The complex is also secure with a gate requiring a secure pin code to gain entry.



There is private on street parking for the complex. All in all, a great neighbourhood.



The beach which is approx. a 15-minute walk from the house and has a lovely boardwalk, stretching along the coast where you can stroll in the evenings, watch the sun set, walk to the marina or the sand dunes of the tranquil natural reserve, or to La Cala. There are several golf courses within 30 minutes or less. Calahonda also has its own course five minutes’ drive from the property.



Taxis are available at El Zoco shopping centre and bus stops are only a short distance on the A7 road with regular bus services, i.e. Marbella every half hour or Fuengirola. The nearest train station is in Fuengirola with trains every 20mins to coastal destinations and further, to Malaga city. This train service is easily accessible and inexpensive.

    A great location to stay at when looking to go and explore the Costa Del Sol! Spacious living arrangements, and great outdoor spaces. Comfortably enough room for our family of 4! Everything you’d need was there, and a fantastic setting within the private gates of La Paloma. Plenty of restaurants and bars to visit, and incredibly handy for the supermarkets that are just a minutes walk away. Very much enjoyed our stay.
