Enjoy the views and sunrise or sunset from the deck. The house has AC, heat, wifi and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.

The house has split units for AC/heat and broadband. Wireless Internet - free 300+ mbps, and 2 smart TVs. This comfortable, recently updated lakefront house built with reclaimed barn wood is steps from Lake Champlain with amazing 180-degree views of the lake and the Green Mountains. Take in the views of the lake from the lawn, deck or screened in porch. Swim off your private dock to the swim platform. Fish off the dock or bring your boat and tie it up to the boat mooring. Use the kayaks or canoe to explore the lake or have fun in the lake in front of the house.

Stunning views!! The cottage was so clean, modern, and felt like home away from home! Charles was so attentive and responsive too! Can’t wait to stay again !

Had a wonderful stay and communication with property manager was very responsive. Lovely lakefront although the shoreline was much rockier and slippery than anticipated. Kayaks were great and the beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything and the dining table was great to have a meal while looking out on the lake. Just a short drive to South Hero where we parked to bike the Colchester Causeway (bike ferry to cross the cut through - very nice folks; cash donations) and ending the day with a maple cremee at Allenholm Farms was absolutely divine. Beautiful area and this cottage met all our needs - thank you Charles!!

This is our second stay and plan to come back again! This is a quiet retreat with amazing sunrise views. Plenty of fall activities in the surrounding towns.
