❄ Welcome to Haute-Savoie in Samoëns, my T3 apartment located on the ground floor and which can accommodate up to 6 people is fully equipped to offer you all the necessary comfort for your holidays. ❄
The residence at the end of a quiet area on the edge of a forest, includes an indoor heated swimming pool open all year round as well as an outdoor heated swimming pool (open in summer only), a sauna open in winter only and a gym. sports facilities, a laundry room, a common room with table football, ping-pong and billiard tables as well as an underground car park with 1 private space + ski lockers and bike storage, all a few steps from the center of the village ( shops, pharmacy, restaurants, entertainment…) and 200m from the ski bus.
Fully equipped kitchen, large fridge + freezer, large oven, 4-zone hotplate, large dishwasher, microwave + raclette, crêpes and fondue set.
Dining area with a large table for 6 people (3 chairs + 3 stools) + storage column nearby.
Entrance with a large closet + wardrobe.
Large, comfortable and bright living room with sofa bed for 4 seats, 1 flat screen HD TV + 2 wing chairs and a desk area + comfortable desk chair, all opening onto the terrace of the accommodation. Rolling shutters, curtains + curtains for more comfort and privacy. The living space is separated from the bedroom/bathroom/toilet area by a door.
2 bedrooms, one with a double bed + 2 independent cupboards with wardrobe space, the other with 2 single beds + 1 chest of drawers.
Bathroom with bathtub, basin, large mirror + large last generation towel dryer. Separate toilets
We offer you several options to arrive on vacation with peace of mind:
Sheet rental:
€16/kit 1 double bed (1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 1 flat sheet + pillowcases)
€13/kit 1 single bed (1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 1 flat sheet + pillowcase)
End-of-stay cleaning fee: €95 (without this option, end-of-stay cleaning is your responsibility. In the event of non-compliance, you will be charged the full cleaning fee.)
4G wifi rental: €40
In winter, the village resort of Samoëns enjoys a prime location and an exceptional panorama, in the heart of the French Alps. Attached to the Grand Massif ski area, the resort is connected to four other resorts: Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval. Open from Saturday December 17, 2022 to Sunday April 16, 2023.
Shuttle near the accommodation (200m) free every day.
In summer, ideally located on the edge of the forest, take advantage of the many departures for hiking or biking. Many activities are also possible nearby such as aquatic activities (rafting, tubing or even water skiing), aerial activities, cultural visits, family activities and disabled tourism.

We accept animals with a supplement of 60€ per animal and up to two animals. Your animal must be clean and well educated, have its own basket, be up to date with its vaccines, treatments for parasites and dewormers. Animals must stay on the ground: no climbing and sleeping on beds, chairs, armchairs, sofas and tables. In the event of non-compliance, the deposit will not be returned.
