This house is perfect! My wife and I spent Thanksgiving here, just the two of us, and it was exactly what we needed. Five days of pure relaxation.The neighborhood is incredibly quiet but you're still close to everything in Palm Springs (4 minute drive). We could have easily walked to restaurants and a sleek thrift store nearby.This is a true Eichler home and it shows. The open floor plan, the indoor-outdoor flow, the terrazzo floors, the atrium - it all comes together beautifully. If you appreciate mid-century architecture, this place is the real deal.We used the pool and hot tub every single day. The saltwater pool is well maintained and having the mountain views while you're floating around doesn't get old.One unexpected bonus - the lemon tree in the yard. They were the biggest, juiciest lemons I've ever had. We made fresh salad dressing with them multiple times and it was incredible.Robert was easy to communicate with and the place was spotless when we arrived. Already thinking about when we can come back.
