In the middle of the Waldecker-Land (Hessen) you will find a wonderful oasis of well-being here at the Twistesee.in the middle of a forest landscape above in the first row at the Twistesee.cycle and hiking trails lead you through the beautiful Waldecker-Land.Bad Arolsen with its magnificent castle and avenues, Mengeringhausen with its beautiful old town or the Edersee and Diemelsee invite you to linger.
The holiday home is made of wood and is fully equipped. There is one bedroom with a 2x2m double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds each. 1 bedroom with a single bed. A baby cot can be added for an extra charge.
The outdoor area has a 35 square metre sun terrace with a seating area and sun loungers on the south side and an outdoor seating area on the west side.
The Twistesee can be reached after approx. 150 metres via a forest path.ideal for families with children.the holiday home belongs to a holiday park in which there is also a large children's playground, mini golf course, table tennis table, volleyball court.at the Twistesee there is a lido with gastronomy, children's playground, restaurant in the lake, boat rental, water ski facility and a 9-hole golf course.the holiday park and the circular route around the lake are car-free.fishing is possible with a fishing licence.
There are many places of interest, e.g. Bad Arolsen with its beautiful castle, indoor swimming pool with large sauna area, museums, avenues, baroque town centre with many restaurants and shopping facilities. Kassel, with Hercules and city park. Sababurg with zoo. Edersee with zoo and bird of prey show. Willingen with cross-country and downhill skiing area, ice rink, lagoon pool, go-kart track, Edersee with corn maze and dam museum, and much more.
