About this house rental
Our vacation home is located in a quiet, wooded area of the vacation park above Lake Twistesee.
The first floor features the living/dining area with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Senseo coffee maker (filter coffee maker available upon request), a kettle, a toaster, and a generous selection of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
Also on the first floor are a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and a vacuum cleaner. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, a vanity cabinet, a bathroom stool, and a step stool for children. The living area features a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. The terrace is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol.
A travel crib for children, complete with a mattress, pillow, and comforter (without covers, but these can be ordered via email), as well as a high chair, are available upon request.
The ground-floor bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a sliding-door closet. The two bedrooms on the upper floor each have two single beds. All duvets measure 155 x 220. There is a walk-in closet in the upper hallway.
If you do not wish to bring your own bedding, we offer:
A linen package per person for 10 € (bookable via email and payable in cash on site)
The linen package includes: bed linens (oversized duvet cover 155 x 220), bath towel, hand towel, and dish towel.
Crib: All linens and 2 towels.
All linens are washed at 60 degrees and disinfected.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for email and internet browsing. The terms of use must be signed on-site.
An EWF (Energie Waldeck-Frankenberg) electric car charging station is located at the entrance to the vacation park.
Barbecues, open fires, and fireworks are prohibited on the property and throughout the entire vacation park.
The tourist tax, applicable year-round (payable on-site in cash), is:
€2.00 per day per person; for children aged 10 to 15, €1.00 per day per person; children under 10 are free.
