Primary renter must be present on all bookings. Minimum Age for primary renter is 25 years of age.
No pets.
No commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. on properties per HOA & parking restrictions.
*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings
Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.

The location was perfect for us as it was close to the beach and other family members who were also staying nearby. The unit was clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. There some leaves on the back patio area but that was not an issue for us as we had no plans to use the space this trip. My only critique would be that there were no fans in the upstairs bedrooms to help circulate the air more. We were able to open the windows at night which helped though. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and we would love to stay here again in the future!

Property is in a great location for a beach stay. A Street very close to beach access with cute beachy coffee shop and breakfast within walking distance. Interior of unit is a pictured. Minimal furnishings and amenities provided. The photos of the outdoor space which lead the ad are VERY misleading. The outdoor porch was not an attractive area as pictured. It was covered with leaves (which could have been easily cleaned up prior to guest arrival. Furniture moldy and haphazardly arranged. Palm tree growing within the space is beyond needing to be trimmed. Great disappoint for our group as we planned our gathering in that location based on our desire for outdoor space for our event. Communication on fire feature picture was unclear with the management so unfortunately plans were not able to occur.
