Coming home from a day at the beach, you'll be greeted by cool tile floors, a stacked washer/dryer for your swimsuits and towels, and a kitchen where you can grab a snack and a cold drink.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location but I had to go buy supplies for the kitchen like a knife to cut my food to make meals. No blender or mixer either. The bathrooms did not have any trash cans. We brought a sheet to cover the sofa because it was dirty. Nice cozy place though.

Cute and comfy, looked like the photos in the listing. Could use some upgrades - No shower liner in the master bathroom, some mattresses could be upgraded. Parking is limited. Easy, convenient location.
Would stay here again.

The unit was a great location, close to the boardwalk. When we walked in we immediately noticed an overwhelming musty smell. The couch in the dining room was filthy. There were also no trash cans in the bathrooms. Our biggest complaint was there was nobody in the property office to provide a parking pass so we had to drive out of our way to a secondary location to pick one out which was very inconvenient.
