West Sacramento`s own Raley Field is nearby, along with the Sacramento River bike trail for walking and cycling.

Check-Out: Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late checkout is $100/hour. Please run the dishwasher and take out trash. Leave the home as you found it.
Smoking: No smoking inside ($300 charge). Smoking permitted in the backyard only.
Candles: No candles inside — fire hazard.
Pets: $100 non-refundable fee per pet (2 max). Must be potty-trained. Clean muddy paws before entering. No pets on furniture. Pick up waste in yard — $100 fee for waste found after checkout.
Plumbing: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Damage: Please report breakage via the app immediately. Stain remover is under the kitchen sink.
Parking: Driveway parking. Do not park in front of neighbors` homes.
Security: 2 Ring cameras at the entrance (exterior only). August Smart Lock auto-locks after 30 minutes.
Electronics: Do not unplug anything — some devices operate the door lock and doorbell. Unplugging the router may lock you out.

It was a cozy stay for us. We came for a CrossFit competition and were able to relax each night comfortably in the home. Hopefully we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice house. Nice touches throughout the house. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this house.

The house is a two story with the master bedroom up on the second floor. The house has been remodeled and it looks really nice inside. The neighborhood is older, but super quiet. The backyard has nice shade trees and a very cool covered patio. I would definitely stay here again.
