You will feel right at home in this quiet West Sacramento neighborhood. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home (about 1,804 sq ft) has a bright open living area, TVs in two downstairs living spaces, views to a spacious backyard, patio/BBQ, garage, washer/dryer, and new living-room furniture. Sleeps 8 (king + 3 queens). Pet and family friendly — up to 2 pets with fee. Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Check-in 4pm / checkout 11am. Exterior Ring doorbell and driveway camera on property.
The Space:
Excellent kitchen for cooking home meals with views to the backyard to watch the kids and pets play, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and breakfast bar. Family room has sold surface flooring with cozy fireplace for the cold winter nights. Upstairs features 4 bedrooms; Primary Bedroom has spacious bathroom with separate tub, shower stall, double sinks and walk-in closet. Spacious backyard and patio, great for entertaining anytime of the year.

Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at at time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space had everything we needed for a family trip, from a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms to cozy bedrooms. Communication with the host was smooth with all the info we needed for checkin and checkout. The neighborhood seems safe and family friendly.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place in the area!
