"We had a spectacular time staying in this totally renovated villa, it was spacious, airy, very nicely decorated, clean as can be, and is in a fantastic location. Walking distance to the General Store, Alexander’s, the beach. We were able to run from the villa to a beach run in the mornings and then get coffee at the General Store and walk back. Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, the open floorplan features a spacious family room with access to a lovely deck where you can dine outdoors and enjoy relaxing views. Two lovely bedrooms and a sleeping loft provide comfy sleeping spaces for everyone. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the loft. The two full baths allow for soaking in the tub or showering in comfort. A well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and the dining area allow seating for 6. And there’s a washer and dryer for your added convenience.

If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Our first time to HHI, location of the resort was perfect for us. Rented bikes - it’s the thing to do in HHI. Great bike trails along roadways. House was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again. Management company was quick to respond with a few questions during our stay. Great experience!

We just returned from staying at this beautiful property and definitely hope to stay here again! We also found the property management company to be outstanding - very quick to respond to our questions and provide assistance.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Place was furnished nicely. The kitchen was well equipped but without a salad spinner. The heat was a constant issue as the vents basically sent the heat upstairs and I was always cold in the main living area and it was quite cold when I was here. The dryer seems to need a vent cleaning as it takes forever to dry clothes and the dryer door is a bit off as you have to "jerry rig" the door so it operates. The towels are of good quality but the sheets are terrible and the king pillows in the Master bedroom I had to leave out in the storage unit as they were so filled with clumpy messes of mites or something. The Dining Room lighting is terrible. It provides no light and that is where I set up my computer. I am saying all this so the owner understands that there are things that need to be addressed. Also - the house was not as clean to my tastes and I believe that I have left this rental cleaner than when I got here. However, there was no implement to clean the wood floors and the vacuum is seriously old and needs the filter to be emptied, which I tried but was not successful. The drain plug in the Master Bathroom needs to be looked at as I had to remove it so I could have a water flow.
