About this house rental

Twin Oaks is the perfect getaway for large families and groups. This very unique three-home estate is conveniently located only 7 miles from the Wimberley downtown square and just 8 miles from the San Marcos downtown square. Bring the whole family to this spacious place with lots of fun and unique amenities. This property allows groups of up to 26 total guests (children included).

The primary house is a grand two-level home with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area with wood burning fireplace. The primary home has four bedrooms located on the bottom floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a plush king size bed and beautiful ensuite master bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-sized bottom bunk and a twin sized bed on top. The third bedroom has a king bed and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom which offers a queen size bed. Upstairs you will find the fifth bedroom which has a queen size bed, twin size bed, and an ensuite bathroom. The sixth bedroom also has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also second living area upstairs with air hockey, shuffleboard, and flat screen TV. Across the house you will find a game room with pool table and the seventh bedroom which has two queen size beds and an ensuite bathroom.

The secondary house is a single-story home that has another fully equipped kitchen with open living area and wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private ensuite master bathroom. The ninth bedroom has a queen size bed while the tenth bedroom has a king size bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom located off the hallway.

The third structure is what we refer to as the guest house. You will find the eleventh bedroom with a king size bed and comfortable sitting area. The twelfth bedroom has two twin size beds. There is also a kitchenette, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and private patio area.

The outdoor area of this estate features ample porch space as well as multiple seating and conversations areas scattered about the property. Take a dip in the brand new swimming pool (that can be heated during the months of October - March for an additional fee). Guests will also enjoy a propane grill, screened porch, wood burning fire pit, hot tub, and private pickleball court! There is also an EV level 2 charger for electric cars.

HEATING POOL: The pool can be heated from October - March. Advance notice is required if you would like to heat the pool. There is an additional charge of $150 per day to cover the propane usage/cost it incurs.

SELF CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide Hills of Texas Lodging with a valid credit card to be placed on file for their stay. In lieu of charging a damage deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, a temporary hold of $1,500 will be placed on a credit card upon arrival for incidentals (just like they do at hotels). We are basically just verifying with your financial institution that sufficient funds are available in the event they were needed to cover property damage(s). If there are no property damages, the card will not be charged.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Everyone participating in the reservation must be over age 25 or if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

MAX OCCUPANCY: The maximum capacity for this home is 26 guests (including children). No visitors or day guests are allowed. Only the guests registered in this reservation are allowed onsite. If it is discovered that guests are over occupying the property, it will result in eviction.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstance.

The photos do NOT do it justice the place was gorgeous. We had the wedding party and parents staying with us and it was perfect. Everything was clean, stocked. Owners were great communicators I 10/10 recommend this property. Absolutely amazing.
