This relaxing River Retreat sits just steps from 415-feet of Toccoa River access for fishing or launching your canoe or kayak. You'll also find a beautiful community Koi pond within view.
This family-friendly getaway provides helpful children's amenities such as a high-chair and plastic dinnerware, a Pack 'n Play, and even a baby monitor to help make your stay an easy transition from home to vacation for the whole family!
Back inside, this home features floor-to-ceiling walls of golden knotty pine, an inviting living area with a fireplace, and a dining area with a table for mealtimes, laptops, or family board game nights. You'll also find a furnished loft at the top of the stairs with and children's books and games and an additional TV - a great spot for the kids to call their own!
In the evening, relax on the swing on the back patio, meet up around the fire bowl in the yard, or the riverside firepit to tell stories, roast s'mores, and watch the stars fill the night sky. An easy and relaxing stay awaits you at the Toccoa River Retreat!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love that's it's close to the National Forest, Blairs ille, Helen, and Dahloniga. And it's very peaceful.
