Located just steps from the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is the ultimate location for breathtaking beachfront views.
This spacious condo has ample room for guests to relax. The open living room features two leather couches (one is a queen sleeper sofa), a plush leather seat, and plenty of room to stretch out and watch the large flat-screen TV. Wall-to-wall windows invite you to soak up the beautiful natural light and ocean views.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to make you feel at home. Enjoy meals together around the dining room table, or step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy them with a stunning view of the Gulf.
With three bedrooms and three full baths, there's space to accommodate eight guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king-sized four-poster bed, dresser, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Guests can also access the balcony from this room. Making it the perfect space to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beach.
The second bedroom features a king-sized four-poster bed, dresser, closet, flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combination. The third bedroom also features a king-sized bed, full dresser, closet and flat-screen TV. A third bathroom is located in the hallway.
A full laundry/storage room is located just off the kitchen. Free WiFi is available.
The Regency boasts the longest beachfront per unit, so there is plenty of room! The oversized pool is heated from March - October, and a full fitness center is located near the office on the 1st floor. Under the office, near the pool area, is a handy storage space where you can place your beach toys and chairs for the week.
In addition to the food and drinks at Juana's Pagodas or Lagerheads on the Gulf, you can enjoy the longest pier on the Florida Gulf Coast, Navarre Beach Marine Science Station with summer camps for kids, three artificial diving/snorkeling reefs, and the sea turtle conservation center. Panhandle Butterfly House is located just across the sound at Santa Rosa Park.
A paved bike/walking path runs the island's length and continues through the National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

Carrie and her team were SO fast at responding to us and helping us with one (minor) issue. The included shampoo, etc. was nice until we could get to the store. The view is amazing. Fun pool. Walking distance to the pier and a good restaurant. The rental beach chairs were pretty cheap. It’s rare to find a 3 bed, 3, bath which was really nice for privacy bathing 3 little kids.The griddle was so nice for a big breakfast for everyone in the morning- big life saver! The balcony furniture had to be pricey bc it was so sturdy and nice to sit in!We actually texted a few friends if they wanted to go in on the purchase of the condo together bc it’s a gem- and for sale! Ask Carrie for more details, haha.

We had a wonderful vacation. Perfect location. Condo was very well stocked with TP and Paper towels, and cooking supplies. Very close to Pier. Would highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Stunning views of Navarre Beach! Would definitely stay here again!

The room was very spacious, and the bedroom set up was nice having a bathroom for each bedroom.
Just found the the unit was not cleaned well when we arrived. Also in need of some updates. The faucet in one of the bathroom would not stop running and the bathroom door in the master was off the hinges. Called to report but no one ever came to fix the issues.
