About this apartment rental
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished apartment with a combined open kitchen and living area. It is situated in a luxury Southbank apartment complex, with 24/7 concierge services and a range of high-class amenities.
Only a short walk to the number 1 tram line which can take you into the city or to South Melbourne Beach in minutes. 450m to Crown Casino, 700m to Melbourne's CBD and Flinders St Station, 1.8km to the MCG and the Melbourne Park Tennis Centre, 1.2 km to the South Melbourne Market and 3km to Albert Park Lake.
The space:
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite and study space, while bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have a built-in-robe. The sofa folds out into a queen bed to sleep one additional guest comfortably. There is also a laundry cupboard in the apartment. The apartment has a private balcony and guests also have access to a single private carapace which is reserved, undercover and secure.

The amenities available to all residents and guests include a 25m swimming pool, gym, table tennis table and public dining spaces.

Extremely comfortable, clean, well equipped and so conveniently located - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment during our recent visit to Melbourne. We had easy access to the tennis action at the Australian Open (reason for our trip). Easy access also, to the many wonderful dining options offered along Southbank and surrounds. From booking to our stay - the whole process was seamless and easy - and so enjoyable! Thank you to our hosts for providing such a wonderful stay.

Lovely clean apartment with everything you could need. Check in/out was a bit tricky with cars etc and would have struggled on my own but the communication from the owners was excellent. Great pantry items left.Only way to improve would be possible air con in the bedrooms! Would recommend!

A nice comfortable unit for 2 couples to share. Walking distance to the Melbourne CBD and plenty of dining options nearby. Happy to recommend and would stay here again. The hosts were amazing, easy to communicate with and provided heaps of home comforts to make our stay even more enjoyable. The dining table was good for playing cards.
