5 year old home that was fully renovated just last year. Perfect for temporary job placements, travel nurses, or a family looking to relocate. Well lit (street light in front yard). 4.3 miles to Lexington Medical Center. 8.6 miles to Prisma Baptist 11miles to Prisma Richland. No short term travelers. 7 day min stay. 3 Queen beds and 2 single beds. Rate set for 4 adults. Extra adults $15 per night max 8 people. Children welcomed. 64 miles from driveway to parking at August National and The Masters (one week rental accepted for up to 6 guests)

Home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Chandler was very welcoming, communicative, and available. He was aware we were staying post surgery and had even stocked in some ice for us! With a bedroom and bath with walk-in shower on the first floor, it was a perfect set-up. Chandler and his family live nearby and we’re responsive to any questions as they arose. 10 minutes from the hospitals, and 20 minutes from USC campus - plenty of access to whatever you may need (stores, restaurants, care). We highly recommend this property and owner!
