Cozy Cove Home off of main Lake Gaston

Hello all!
Our internet password information is listed at the lake house. Please feel free to use available streaming. It is beyond our control if our internet service goes down, but you will need to unplug the modem box beside the living room TV to reset, our internet name is Spectrum40. The bunk bed bedroom has a DVD TV only, please bring your own DVD's or feel free to use the ones on hand. The smallest bedroom does not have a TV at this time but does have an Air Purifier that guests can use. The Master bedroom near the kitchen has a firm mattress, with a smart TV and the living room has a smart TV as well.
There are two bar stools at the kitchen Island for sit down eating and the coffee table raises up to be a table that you can eat at as well as two outdoor porch tables. The Lake house has very hot water available (please supervise children) and excellent air conditioning & heat, please feel free to set whatever temp you would like, but leave it set at 80 in the summer and 50 degrees during the winter when you leave, the control box is in the living room. The master bedroom mattress is firm with a soft mattress topper, all others are soft. If you move furniture around, please return to its original position.
The sink does not have a disposal, please do not let scraps go down the drain. Our home is non-smoking, but feel free to smoke on the porch.
Most of the lights on the outside of the house are solar and there is a timed motion activated spotlight at the boat house, you do not have to worry about turning them on/off.
The stove is gas that will heat up the home very quickly and tends to set off our smoke alarms even without any smoke, please turn on the black floor fan when you cook in the kitchen. There are extra folding chairs, corn hole board and water floats in the shed by the boat house, please feel free to use them, just put them back when you are thru, the key is in the welcome folder. Feel free to use the fire pit and use plentiful wood on hand. Please feel free to use the kayaks at the boat house (seasonal) and please return them and the oars to their original location in the shed.
Please stay on the wooden walkway or steps as the yard is somewhat uneven. It is a good idea not to turn on the front or back door light as it will attract a lot of bugs that will want to come in with you during the summer.
Please put any household trash in the big roll around on the front porch before you leave and please make sure you put the lid on tight as the local raccoons are very smart.
Feel free to use any of the spices or condiments in the kitchen.
We would appreciate quiet time between 11pm and 7pm. We have two Wildwood Point boat ramps you can use, but please be aware you cannot park your trailer at either location. The instructions are in the welcome folder along with the gate code needed.
As any lake homeowner can tell you, small spiders and their webs are a fact of life on the waterfront, if there is an issue, please let me know and I will call our pest control company to come out and do an additional treatment.
Feel free to use our outdoor grill, but please be aware you will need to clean it after you use it. Our cleaning company does not take care of outside areas in order for us to keep cleaning costs down. If there are any issues with cleanliness or insects, please let me know ASAP and I will be happy to call our service and have them come to take care of any issues.
