The house was adorable! The kitchen was stocked with things you need to cook (oil, spray, seasonings, storage bags/containers) which is so helpful when you want to have some meals at home! It was in a great walking location to lots of restaurants. Communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. We came as a group of six adults and it was perfect.

The house is in a great location - walking distance to everything in downtown Carlton. There were so many thoughtful touches and the property was thoughtfully decorated and well supplied with everything you need including K-Cups. We had a minor hiccup with the air upstairs, but Sarah was very responsive and we resolved the issue quickly. We loved the back patio area and the kitchen — they became the community areas for our gatherings.

This was the perfect house for a group of 6 woman getting together for a wine weekend. The house is clean, has great amenities, and the beds are super comfortable. It is close proximity to the town of Carlton and an uber away from all the best wineries.

The Carlton Farmhouse is such an adorable house and we had an absolutely lovely stay. We were in town to get photos done in McMinnville and this house was the perfect spot for us. The house was super clean, had enough space for the four of us to spread out or hang together. Our kids are small so using the double twin bedroom off one of the king rooms was perfect. The kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed from a tools standpoint (could use some olive oil though, if there was some we totally missed it!). The master bath has an amazing soaking tub that I used TWICE in our two night stay. Beds were comfortable, towels were soft, neighborhood was quiet. Everything was great. This house would be the perfect home-base for three couples doing wine tasting in the area. If we can get out here without our kiddos I’ll definitely book here again to do just that!

The house was spotless and in perfect condition when we arrived. We especially loved the fully updated kitchen that had everything we needed to cook. Spent a long weekend at this beautiful property for a girls' trip and can not say enough wonderful things about the space, sweet town and amazing management. Truly, just the perfect place to enjoy Willamette Valley and all it has to offer. The home is so stylish and comfortable, and well-appointed in every way. The location, within walking distance to sweet Downtown Carlton, was a gamechanger. It was such a perk! The yard and patio are wonderful. The location of the house worked out great for us. Probably our only regret is our schedule at home did not allow us to stay longer.

The Carlton Farmhouse was wonderful! Check in was seamless and Sarah was very easy to reach when we had a couple of questions. During our stay, our group of 5 friends had plenty of space to spread out as well as gather together. The listing pictures are beautiful but the real thing is even better. A short, easy walk to town. And we highly recommend the be Bocci court. Very fun!

The Carlton Farmhouse lived-up to every expectation we could’ve had, and more. A lovely property, very well appointed/maintained and with a welcoming decorative ambience. Slept well, easy instructions and great location. So great to see bees in the lavender and birds munching on berries in the yard! Many thanks to the Bracelin family for allowing us to stay here. This home is a great place for three adult couples or a family. Beds were very comfortable the home is generously appointed with most anything you need. The location is centrally located for wine tasting in the Willamette Valley. Carlton is a charming town with good restaurants and several exceptional winery tasting rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Our hosts paid attention to every detail, from a full coffee setup to every dish and utensil you’d need in your own home, shampoo in the shower and throw blankets for the couch, we were so comfortable! We had the best time at this cute cozy house! Every room had little touches like bath bombs in the master bath and blankets to snuggle on the couch. Every room was tastefully styled, beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. 10 minute walk to the bakery and so close to all the wineries. This place is amazing - We were here for a family wedding and spending time with family. It was what I expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot - book it- you won’t be disappointed. This host has literally thought of everything a guest might need. The decor was comfy and cozy, from the spacious rooms to comfy beds. She thought of everything even down to having night lights throughout the house. The location was perfect walking distance to a cute little town. The people in the community were so kind to us. I just can’t say enough about this home. If we come back we will definitely rebook.
