We welcome back - The Carlton Farmhouse, a lovely, historic home centrally located in Oregon's "Great Little Town" of Carlton: a charming small town located in the middle of Wine Country, just minutes from world-class wineries, restaurants and other exciting attractions.
This beautifully renovated farmhouse has been brought back to its original grandeur with all the amenities and luxuries of modern living. Located in a charming neighborhood on a shaded corner lot, guests can enjoy a short stroll to the downtown corridor. Very spacious and well-appointed, this home is the perfect spot for your wine country getaway.
The Carlton Farmhouse is in partnership with Moffett Vineyards where you will enjoy added benefits of being a guest both during your stay and at the tasting room!
An open, spacious living room with flat screen TV and dining area with seating for eight, feature picture windows with lots of natural lighting. This home offers a comfortable retreat for relaxation with family and friends after a day of wine tasting. The expansive fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances is stocked with everything you'll need for preparing homemade meals from the bounty of the area. The main level features a full, luxurious bathroom with separate standing shower and deep soaking tub for two. Laundry facilities are also available.
Upstairs, the rustic, shabby chic master bedroom features shiplap walls ceilings and a brand new king bed. Two additional upstairs guest bedrooms offer new queen size beds, a cozy reading chair and open closet for storage. The guest bathroom features a claw foot bath tub with shower, lots of lighting, locally crafted soap and plush quality towels.
The stunning outdoor space features a large farm table and new BBQ grill with for al fresco dining, a covered front porch perfect for morning coffee, fruit trees, and beautiful landscaping.
