Enter Latigo Chalet on the ground level through the front door or the attached/heated garage, where you will find a convenient bench, cubbies, hooks, a closet offering plenty of storage for coats, boots, gloves, etc.
On this level you will find one king en suite, which includes a a comfy king bed, large flat screen tv, its own access to the deck and unit, plus a private, updated full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double vanity.
Enjoy a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, also on this level.
Up a flight of stairs on the upper level, is the open living area and the other king en suite. The updated full kitchen features, gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, mountain-style wood cabinetry and just about every small appliance and other kitchen item you can imagine. It is completely stocked with everything you'll need to stay in and make a meal.
The bright, well lit living space also offers a vaulted ceiling and plenty of comfortable seating and entertainment. Kick back and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen TV and warm up by the gas fireplace that will keep you toasty in the winter. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the summer.
For meals and games, you have a stunning, sizable dining table with six chairs. There are also three comfy bar stools at the kitchen counter.
Right off the living area is a covered deck offering a gas grill, a hammock chair and dining table with seating for four. Enjoy the mountain fresh air with the beverage of your choice. This deck also accesses the private hot tub. Depending on the time of year, don’t be surprised if you get to see a moose, elk, bear or fox!
Off of the living area is the other king en suite, which provides a comfy king bed, lots of storage including a walk-in closet, a large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The master bathroom has been fabulously remodeled and offers a walk in shower. This bathroom has a second entrance from the living area and doubles as the main level powder room, which does close off from the master bath area.
The deck and hot tub can also be accessed via the upstairs king en suite.
The one car, attached garage, provides parking as well as great storage for skis, snowboards, bikes and more. One additional parking spot on the driveway is available. No street parking and no RVs, campers, trailers, etc are allowed to be parked on the driveway or street per the neighborhood HOA.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Amazing views, has a wrap around deck with plenty of room.Jacuzzi off upstair bedroom which you can access thru bedroom.Has everything you need including a dishwasher and washer and dryer, cant wait to go back!!!!!

Our family of four that included our 2 teenage boys stayed in Latigo Chalet for a quick ski trip to Steamboat Springs. The townhouse had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The bus stop for the resort and transportation to downtown Steamboat Springs is a short walk from the townhouse. The bus schedule was convenient. It was nice not to have to move our car out of the heated garage to try and find parking in order to ski. Our boys were even able to use the bus without us to get to and from the resort. You would not need a car to stay in this townhome. The clean, private hot tub on the expansive deck was an added bonus and a perfect way to spend the evenings after a long day of skiing. iTrips had great communication and was available if you had any questions or concerns via text. We would definitely stay here again and we would also use iTrips again.

The property was nice. It was convenient to everything and the shuttle was nice to be able to use. The property was NOT clean. When we first walked in, the unti looked ok, but when we got in it and started unpacking, it looked like all they did was a surface clean (and that's being generous). We found old pills on the ground, an old used razor in the shower, a lot of hair and dirt in the corners and on the floor, and mold under the garbage can lid. The floors were not clean at all. The beds were not comfortable either. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and was nice. We cooked a couple of meals in it and that worked out nicely. The hot tub was nice and everything worked in the unit. If they would clean it properly, I would give it a lot higher mark. The people at iTrip were really nice and helpful. I would not stay here again but I wasn't totally disappointed in it, if that makes sense. A lot to choose from in the area for the money I spent. I'd gamble on a different property next time we come to Steamboat.
