About this apartment rental

This upper floor, ski-in, ski-out, two-bedroom corner residence offers mountain views from every room, easy walking access to Beaver Creek village, and classic mountain style decor. Enjoy a family room with a sleeper sofa, a complete kitchen with granite countertops and a dining area. Additional features include two guest suites, each with a king size bed and attached, upgraded bathrooms with granite countertops, glass enclosed walk-in shower and marble floors. This residence also includes a private deck, washer/dryer and garage parking.



Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available. This residence is located in building one which is closest to Beaver Creek village.
