Gostei do tratamento dado pelo senhor Robson a todos, com muito empenho dedicação e proatividade sempre querendo dar alguma possível assistência, trabalho em um hotel 5 estrelas na Barra Da Tijuca e nem lá vejo tanta dedicação em agradar o cliente como vi nesta pousada.
Fiquei com Saldade da gatinha Lili!!!!!

En général el dueño siempre estuvo a disposición y los empleados también. Creo que es una posada en ascenso y con el tiempo va a mejorar mucho.
La Internet es mala. El desayuno es limitado, no hay frutas, mucha harina. La ubicación es un Morro. El vehículo deben tener cuidado proque están en bajada y subidas muy empinadas todo el tiempo. No hay limpieza de cuarto. Hay heladera pero no microondas o para cocinar..
