Cost effective, but wouldn

Amazing location, good price. You are roughly a 5-10 minute walk away from most of the attractions in Novi Sad. The property is also next to a parking lot, a market, and a great bakery (borek place) for breakfasts.

It is a small, somewhat run down unit. The inside of the apartment feels somewhat claustrophobic, and we had trouble arranging our things / lugggage. The shower is also tiny. Critically, we encountered german cockroaches (the small variety) through our stay. I don't think the apartment was left dirty, our hosts were great. But the location will naturally attact some bugs.

It was dirty, there were kitchen roaches in the house, found one alive in the bathroom, one alive and one dead in the bedroom. There were a lot of spider webs and spiders ranging from very small to 2 cm (legs included). There was a small faeces stain in the toilet bowl, there was hair in the shower, and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. No insect nets at the windows. There was a long courtyard coridor that led to the place, and i spotted some cat or dog poo, and it smelled. At might it was crawling with cockroaches (large brown and black ones, 3-5 cm, coming probably from the sewers). The host was ok, answered fast and gave good instructions on how to get there. We were tired from driving and in a hurry to see the city, and didn’t notice how bad it was until we came back from the city center. We couldn’t sleep or shower there, so we moved to a hotel nearby.

Location is good just a few minutes from the center. Quiet and have your own courtyard. As pictures shown. Spacious and comfortable.

As ground floor, there were some ants and bugs in kitchen. Hot water will not last if you have long hair and/or wash too long.

Nice and comfy nearby the city centre

Very pleasant stay in the accommodation they've got everything from towels to hair dryer to all the toiletries as well as some stuff in the kitchen which you need if you wanna cook a meal, I didn't use them but it is always useful to have it. The owners are pleasant, respectful and communicative. The location is superb just a couple of minutes from the main square. I would recommend it for up to two people or a comfortable solo trip. There is AC which you can use both for heating in winter and cooling in summer.

The only confusing thing is the entrance as it's a passage through which you go and then enter a gate and on the right there is this apartment.

Location is great. You're in the centre of the city, yet, it's very quiet. The apartment was clean, and it was nice having a little yard outside where you can sit down and have your morning coffee. Hosts were super flexible and always available if you need anything. All recommendations.

The place was so good and the host was very welcoming and available for anything. He also gave us a free taste of his home made rakija. It is right in the center of Novi Sad and at 20 mins walking from the train and bus station. It has hot water, excellent WiFi and some stuff you need for cooking. Plus they can change your blankets and towels every two days! :)

The room is in great location, walking distance to all the cool places in Novi sad, also there is easy parking in the streets around. Room was super clean, the bed has a great matress so sleeping was very good and host was very nice and welcoming. I will stay again for sure.

Nisam zamišljao da su tu i gazde, ulaz do smeštaja je dosta zabačen, pri tom u dvorištu ima dosta mina od psa, i sam deo grada je depresivan.

El departamento esta bien ubicado, tiene independencia, es cómodo con buena distribución y está alejado del ruido

El acceso, es un pasaje donde los vecinos no son responsables con sus mascotas y esta lleno de caca de perro, olores desagradable y poco aseado, a pesar de tener buena cocina no está bien equipada le faltan accesorios simples y básicos no hay un colador para hacer algo tan simple como unas pastas, apenas hay una olla y sin tapa.

El chico que me recibió fue muy amable. La casita está dentro de un patio muy tranquilo.

En la cocina no hay casi nada para poder cocinar. Creo que conté unas 15 arañas con sus respectivas telarañas.
