The apartment was situated straight opposite the sea on the promenade (see photos taken from balcony). Great location and respectful neighbours as the bars did not play music. The apartment was a good size. Kitchen was equipped well. Both balconies were big and spacious. Cost was considerably less than other options. Two full bathrooms for 3 bedrooms was a bonus.
Building does look a little tired but that doesn’t affect much. The real big negative was the state of the mattresses. They were old and rock hard. I could not have slept much longer on them and I think anyone of a certain ages would struggle to use them at all. I think replacing them to reasonable mattresses, you could charge more. I certainly would have paid a bit more for better mattresses.
